SCOTT MULLINS, Vice President, Product Development, Intalere and Executive Director, DataBay Resources
Scott Mullins is responsible for managing the development and system administration of the full suite of commercial software products and applications for Intalere and DataBay Resources, a subsidiary of Intalere. Mullins oversees a team of technical experts including developers, test engineers, Db developers and analysts. He is responsible for evaluating the organization for growth and future success, defining roles and responsibilities, and setting project-based milestones for his team to achieve. A healthcare IT industry professional with over a quarter century of extensive programming and team leadership experience, Mullins is also highly skilled in the strategic planning, financial and personnel management of IT projects and departments.

JOSHUA MAESTAS, Board Certified Occupational Health and Safety Technologist
Joshua Maestas’ background includes more than 11 years as an electrician and operator in the U.S. Navy, and he is experienced in maintenance of medium voltage AC and DC distribution systems. Joshua is a certified IFSAC Level II Firefighter, authorized OSHA 10- and 30-Hour General Industry Instructor, and a Board Certified Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST).

Dan Varel has 16+ years experience in a rural hospital. He also draws on experience and knowledge as the Southern District Chair of the Illinois Physical Therapy Associaiton (IPTA) for the last three years and as a delegate to the House of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) from 2011-2015.
